Dearly missed

The busker sings What A Friend We Have In Jesus at the orchard underpass. A sudden brief nostalgia came over me; I miss my grandma. This was one of the songs played at her funeral eight years ago, and ever since then, whenever I hear this song I'm reminded of Popo and how our Lord Jesus brought comfort to us in her demise. Glad that she was called Home to be with the Lord, in the arms of Jesus. Dearly missed and remembered always.

I remember how I used to tell my aunt "Po1po2 zu3 de4 zhou1 bi3 Mummy zu3 de4 zhou1 hao3 chi1." My mum's an amazing cook, by the way.

I'm so touched:) And had a blast today with you all! Doing silly things outside love the world.. the countless pictures we took.. haha.. Blessed week ahead!

The secret of happiness.

Church camp was great because God's presence was there:) I guess I knew whatever it takes I would cross that line (making that decision to be set apart for Jesus), but it did take a few seconds of battling in my mind to actually act on it. And He gave me the assurance that He does not look at my incapabilities and will provide all that is necessary.

It's amazing to see God touching and working in the lives of the youths. And over the past year, I saw that my girls have grown. They all turned up for morning devotion, given 5 mins grace time. I remember how I had to call them even after morning devotion and some of them were still uncontactable. To add to it, most of them served in CK this year, yay! Double yay for those who cannot stand little kids, haha:)
